Position: TRANSPORT PLANNING MANAGER
Division: LOGISTICS DIVISION
Description:
  • Plan daily vehicle/driver requirements based on cubic meter order volumes, delivery schedule and best vehicle utilization
  • Establish efficient route planning process
  • Review vehicle type and mix on ongoing basis and make recommendations
  • Optimize use of computerized load planning
  • Establish and manage ‘cash van’ order fulfillment process
  • Provide day to day leadership of planning teams, set targets and monitor performance
  • Establish performance measurements and review
  • Deliver continuous service and operational cost improvements
  • Effectively communicate and report to logistics management team
  • Monitor security and implement improvements where necessary
Requirements:
  • A University Graduate – B.Sc. (Math, Science or Engineering preferred)
  • Relevant industry qualification or institute recognition i.e. Member/Fellow of Institute of Logistics and Transport
  • Minimum 5 years managing transport and fleet operations in a fast moving consumer goods environment
  • Food and grocery exposure

Position: STOCK & INVENTORY MANAGER
Division: LOGISTICS DIVISION
Description:
  • Manage the company stock assets ensuring records accuracy and integrity are maintained within established targets
  • Maintain control using a daily perpetual inventory or cycle count method
  • Report to the business the results of daily count checks
  • Manage storage capacity to ensure maximum utilization of available space and receiving plans can be met
  • Process driven. Ability to establish and implement process improvements
  • Take ownership of periodic wall to wall stock counts
  • Add rigor and control to customer order processing including job order promotions and co-pack

Position: SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Division: LUXURY DIVISION
Description:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to ensure top line and bottom line margins are met through proper product branding, Customer base development and other marketing related activities

Position: DIVISION MANAGER
Division: FMCG DIVISION
Description:
  • Aggressively grow the YOY top and bottom line performance of the business.
  • Lead and develop a strong sales team and create a motivating work environment
  • Develop Customer marketing and team selling approaches based on trade needs, current capabilities and resource availability
  • Drive the goal alignment process in order to identify the most important areas of focus and key priorities for the sales function, in alignment with the overall strategy for the organization.
  • Work closely with Principals to develop the business plan/strategies, by channel, and by segment.
  • Consistently challenge the programs and measure efficiency / effectiveness balance ratio level.
  • Lead the development of people and the organization through effective implementation of performance management system, including individual objective setting, coaching and feedback, performance appraisal as well as training programs, recruiting and succession planning.
  • Set objectives for the FSMs that are aligned with the overall objectives of the unit, and align on the objectives and incentives set for all the unit staff.
  • Ensure timely submission of accurate volume forecasts and other sales data to be provided by the team either internally or externally (Principals, Customers).
  • Work with counterparts at the Principal and internally (IT, Logistics) to develop more efficient systems (invoicing, data systems, Customer service, HR issues ... etc.)
  • Manage A&P budgets and promotional allocations professionally, with specific emphasis on timely delivery of information to Finance / Principals.
  • Prepare and submit for approval the annual sales and profit budget for the year (with quarterly updates/revisions)
  • Create ‘Break through’ ideas that favorably change the business landscape
  • Negotiate with principles to ensure appropriate marketing plans / A&P
  • Conduct extensive and accurate feasibility evaluations and lead negotiations with potential new principals to grow the business long term

Requirements:
  • A University Graduate or with MBA degree in Marketing
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Candidate who has solid experience in multinational FMCG brand portfolio like Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Kraft, Nestle, Reckitt, etc.
  • 80% knowledge on modern trade business envelopes grand hypermarts, supermarkets (Lulu, Giant, Carrefour…), etc.,
  • Financial management skills i.e. Profit & Loss, setting targets & KPI, expenses, etc.
  • People skills which include, strategic planning, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, Bus. Devt., senior sales team mgt, direct business with institutions, principals, etc.
