Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM)

The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) was formed in November 2002 following the merger of NEBS management and the Institute for Supervision & Management. The new body has quickly established itself as a leading player in the leadership and management area, building on the respective strengths of NEBS Management and ISM; who together have 100 years of experience in the management development field.

As part of the City & Guilds Group, ILM represents a strategic initiative to support excellence in leadership & management. ILM works with a network of over 2000 accredited centers in the UK and internationally. These centres are specialists in delivering ILM programmes designed for both existing and aspiring team leaders and managers.

ILM has been operating in the Gulf Region for more than 15 years. There are ILM Centres located in the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. These centres include training departments of large companies, Government colleges and independent consultants and training providers.

ILM offers a wide range of flexible and work-based qualifications suitable for all sectors of industry and commerce, the public sector and voluntary organizations. For managers of small businesses or those responsible for discrete business units within larger organizations specialist qualifications are available to provide the necessary skills for success.
