The Information Technology Department
of Ali Bin Ali was established in 1997,
as an in-house computer support function
for ABA Establishment. At the same time,
a strategy was put in place to support
the group vision and to build an internal
infrastructure to be ready for future
business growth.
As part of the overall company strategy,
ABATS was formed in 2002 to extend the
services of the existing skills of ABA
to the rest of the community in Qatar.
The expertise developed over the years
at ABA in diverse business functions became
part of the skill set of ABATS to contribute
to the solutions that we can offer to
the market.
ABATS strongly believe in building a
long-term relationship with our customers
based on mutual benefits and on common
trust. We offer our customers the peace
of mind when it comes to designing and
implementing Information Technology solutions
because of our strong team, heritage,
and exceptional reputation in the local
market. We believe that the market is

ABATS is fully owned by Ali Bin Ali Establishment.
The ABATS offices are located in the ABA
Head Office building on Abdullah Bin Thani
street in Doha. ABATS currently employs
about 40 Information Technology specialists.
These specialists are skilled in different
Information technology domains and are
involved in delivering a variety of projects
to our customers in Qatar.
ABATS complemented its internal skills
by building special relationship with
some of the leading regional and international
solution providers to be able to offer
the Qatari market with comprehensive implementation
capabilities. These companies include
Satyam, IntelDyne Inc. and Raya, all of
which are leaders in their domains with
world class reputation and with the ability
to bring to our projects thousands of
skills in a variety of IT domains.
